Regular Pilates keeps you strong, toned & flexible and with its focus on deep breathing, integrated with your movement, it can also help alleviate stress and anxiety.

Four Week Classes Dates:
Wednesdays at 12.30 pm – 1.15 pm
- Class 1 | September 6th
- Class 2 | September 13th
- Class 3 | September 20th
- Class 4 | October 4th
These classes are suitable for all levels. Please wear gym attire and bring a mat & a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Changing rooms are available at the studio.
- You must Live or Work at Central Park, Leopardstown to attend these classes.
- Classes are not refundable, if one or more classes are missed.
- Please note that ticket sales will close the day before the event is due to take place, book now to avoid disappointment.
