High quality business parks aren’t unusual. However business parks that are also genuine communities are rare and that’s what makes Central Park Leopardstown unique. It’s easy to spend the entire day in a bubble. We’ve all stared at the same screen for hours, interacting more with pixels than people. Central Park wanted to help people see beyond their screens – and that’s what inspired Live Work Grow.
Live Work Grow transforms a professional working environment into a warm and welcoming community. It does this by finding different ways to bring people together.
Live Work Grow runs a wide range of activities from wellness and fitness classes during lunch time, social nights when friends can grab an after-work drink and networking events to keep the community connected. Also to remove many of life’s small stresses, the concierge team are at hand to organise things like dry cleaning or taxi bookings.
Live Work Grow is run up by Relationship Manager Ruth O Malley whose key focus is on helping people enjoy a genuine work-life balance. A familiar face around Central Park, Ruth is always looking for new ideas, events and initiatives to help Live Work Grow make the Park an even more rewarding place to live and work.
Live Work Grow recently moved – check out our new HQ where we now run a wide range of events and classes.

I just wanted to let you know that the work done to arrange the food fair again this year at its rightful spot on the boulevard is greatly appreciated. It’s a highlight of the summer in Central Park and the addition of live music to the event is just the thing to get people over the “hump day” of the week. Well done lads! Keep up the good work!
Just wanted to say how great Wednesday was! What a bunch of life MV was suddenly brought to! It always feels so odd that there are 1000s of people here but you see very little life! Great buzz in the office afterwards, we really do need more of these things especially for the summer to encourage people to get out of the office and in to the fresh air.
Just wanted to drop you a mail to say the music today was brilliant, really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great to get an escape away from the office for an hour. Hopefully there will be more lunchtimes like this going forward
Here at Salesforce, the events you are planning are always be promoted and people are talking very positive about it. It would be great if you kept coming up with events. I’d personally enjoy if there was more music to get together 🙂 Or maybe a BBQ would be a fun thing to do.
Not only do they do their job excellently, but they do it with the warmest of smiles! Undoubtedly the friendliest and most efficient people in Central Park! Thanks for your help in delivering these excellent services!
The initiatives which Tom and the team have come up with have made my life easier in so many ways. The team go above and beyond in every thing they do. They make a huge effort to learn people’s name (no easy task in buildings the size of those in central park).
