Get Ready for a Healthier Life: 6-Week Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Programme!


It’s that time of year again. Maybe you’re back from holidays, you’ve overeaten, gained weight, or you’re feeling a little bit sluggish.


At Live Work Grow, we are excited to start a fantastic new Weight Loss Programme.  Forget about weighing food, calorie counting or meal substitutes. Instead, our programme includes real food and healthy meal plans, you will never feel hungry or deprived, and most importantly, you will lose a few pounds!

Six week Session Dates;

Tuesdays at 12.30 pm – 1.00 pm

Session 1  | September 5th

-Week 1: Understanding the Food Groups and the differences between Carbohydrate, Protein & Fat. Also, practical guidelines on how to manage your Food Portions to lose weight.

-Week 2: What makes up a Healthy Plate for weight loss?  We will design a 7-day Weekly Meal Plan and learn how to plan a Weekly Food Shopping List, as well as get some easy to follow Recipes.

-Week 3: Understand how to balance your Blood Sugars and Set Realistic Goals to lose weight.  Learn how to read a Food Label and practical tips to improve your Sleep for weight loss.

-Week 4: Understanding your Mind and how Limiting Beliefs can sabotage you to overeat. Learn how Habits are Formed & develop new techniques to Control Emotional Eating.

-Week 5: Separating fact from fiction, the Myths and Misconceptions of Weight Loss.  What’s the real science behind weight loss & learn how small achievable lifestyle changes can give you real results.

-Week 6: Restaurants, Holidays, and Eating Out. Practical tips when eating out, travelling or going on holidays so you can maintain your weight loss.  Finally, Long term guidelines for Weight Loss Maintenance.

Also, on Thursdays, there is an option to have a 10-minute 1:1 appointment to review your food diary and to do a private weigh-in. You can also opt-in to join a WhatsApp group to get recipes and snack ideas.
