Monday Move, Breath & Stretch with Kevin

Start your week as you mean to go on! Take a moment during the day for your overall well-being to move, to breath and to stretch.
This class will give you a chance to get out of your chair and to find some space in your body.
Kevin will guide you through simple movements to increase mobility, improve flexibility and calm down your nervous system so you are feeling relaxed yet focused for the rest of the day.
We recommend that you try to set this as a new habit for yourself by scheduling this time into your calendar for the rest of the week and practice the techniques before your next session with Kevin every Monday.
This class is suitable for all levels. All you need to take part is a yoga mat.
