Deep Relaxation Evening Workshop

Join us for a 60 minute workshop that is dedicated to completely relaxing and switching off.
It’s really important to allow our bodies to unwind after a busy day and ease into a bedtime routine, this improves sleep health and overall well-being.
Treat yourself to a relaxing evening before bed. Before the session we would recommend that you are ready for bed, have your bedroom prepared with dimmed lights and possibly some aroma oils so you can move with ease from the workshop into bed.
It’s suggested that this workshop is done from a very cosy, comfortable space so make sure to grab a blanket and a cushion to make yourself nice and comfortable.
Make sure you won’t be interrupted during the session so you can rest completely and be guided through a very deep relaxation.
After the session we would recommend that you avoid watching TV and using your mobile phone if possible.
