Setting yourself up for success by taking ownership, creating clarity of purpose, creating a roadmap and building a supportive team.
These are just some of the topics that will be highlighted and shared in a presentation by Olympian and double European Champion, David Gillick.

In his open and honest talk David will share his story of how he went from a ranking of 85th in the world to 5th, over the tough 400 metres event. With valuable insights into how he began to shift his mindset from fixed to growth, focusing on clear goals and how he built a team of highly skilled and experienced people to help him realise his potential.

The cornerstone of success was built on the 5 C’s – Courage, commitment, communication, collaboration and camaraderie, key components for anyone to include in their pursuit of their goals.

Success is never a straight line, so what happens when things go wrong? How do you pick yourself back up, reevaluate and go again. Staying true to you is key, so where does your inner drive, self belief and confidence come from?

With nearly two years of uncertainty hopefully behind us, now may be the time to look to the future and chase down those goals and dreams you have for yourself.
