Meditation

Mediation is a proven practice to help quieten down the mind, increase concentration, reduce stress and anxiety. Here at Central Park your physical and mental health is a priority to us so we are providing free 15 minute meditation classes every Monday and Friday. All you have to do is register below to reserve you please. Spaces are limited so please only register if you are able to attend.
