Get fit and book a four-week term of Pilates for just €20!
Regular Pilates helps to keep you strong, toned & flexible. With its focus on deep breathing, integrated with your movement it can also help to alleviate stress and reduce anxiety.
Our in-person classes will be held in the Live Work Grow Gym Studio Space, on campus at Central Park.
Four Week Classes Dates:
Tuesdays at 12.45 pm – 1.30 pm
- Class 1 | Tuesday 8th of October 2024
- Class 2 | Tuesday 15th of October 2024
- Class 3 | Tuesday 22nd of October 2024
- Class 4 | Tuesday 29th of October 2024
These classes are suitable for all levels. Please wear gym attire and bring a mat & a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Changing rooms are available at the studio.

- You must Live or Work at Central Park, Leopardstown to attend these classes.
- Classes are not refundable, if one or more classes are missed.
