“HIIT” is a broad term for workouts that involve short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods. One of the biggest advantages of HIIT is that you can get maximal health benefits in minimal time.

Four Week Classes Dates:
- Class 1 | January 11th
- Class 2 | January 18th
- Class 3 | January 25th
- Class 4 | February 1st
These classes are suitable for all levels. Please wear gym attire and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Changing rooms are available at the studio.
- You must Live or Work at Central Park, Leopardstown to attend these classes.
- Classes are not refundable, if one or more classes are missed.
