Get fit and book a eight-week term now! Closing date to register is the 28/09/2023.
Exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.
Classes involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.
Boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards.

Eight Week Classes Dates:
- Class 1 | October 11th
- Class 2 | October 18th
- Class 3 | October 25th
- Class 4 | November 1st
- Class 5 | November 8th
- Class 6 | November 15th
- Class 7 | November 22nd
- Class 8 | November 29th
These classes are suitable for all levels. Please wear gym attire, correct footwear and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Changing rooms are available at the studio.
