Live Work Grow

Get fit and book a four-week term now! 

Exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.

Classes involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

Boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards.

Four Week Classes Dates:

  • Class 1  | May 10th  
  • Class 2  | May 17th 
  • Class 3  | May 24th  
  • Class 4 | May 31st 

These classes are suitable for all levels. Please wear gym attire and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Changing rooms are available at the studio.

T&C’s Apply:

  • You must Live or Work at Central Park, Leopardstown to attend these classes. 
  • Classes are not refundable, if one or more classes are missed.
