Our Central Park Business & Technology Network is a new initiative in Central Park to bring working professionals together to discuss a variety of topics relevant to the working environment today. Come down, network with others and learn something new to enhance your working experience.
SESSION 1: Brave Conversations at Work
This practical session equips participants with tools to navigate difficult conversations – from feedback and tension to boundaries and honest discussions. Our guest speaker Aoife, can share a coaching-led framework to move away from avoidance and towards constructive, respectful communication. A structured breakout activity allows attendees to apply the approach to real workplace scenarios, leaving with language and strategies they can use immediately.
