Your massage will be performed on a specially designed chair, through clothes using no oils. This form of massage uses a unique series of acupressure points and stretches covering the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands, specifically designed to reduce muscle tension and stress.

A health checklist will be completed with you by your therapist. We ask that participants inform the therapist if they have any medical conditions or are pregnant/trying to get pregnant, and the massage will be adapted accordingly.
