2018 fitness schedule

Getting fit is one of the most popular New Year’s resolutions and at Live Work Grow we’re here to help you reach your goals!

Starting in January, Live Work Grow have arranged a challenging fitness schedule with some of Dublin’s top instructors to help you get ft and feel great.

From January 9th, Central Park employees can take part in yoga, pilates and challenging HIIT and cardio classes to get your heart pumping.

There is a different class every day during the week, which is sure to keep you on your toes and burn through the calories.

Each class is €6 and can be booked online. Attendees must book and pre-pay for each individual session online before attending the class.

Monday: Yoga with Emma (Beginning, February 5th)

TuesdayBody Fit by Jamie – HIIT and cardio

Wednesday: In Balance Pilates

Thursday: Body Fit by Jamie – HIIT and cardio

Friday: In Balance Pilates
