Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or a complete beginner, our Pilates term is the ideal opportunity to focus on building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Four Week Classes Dates:
Tuesdays at 12.45 pm – 1.30 pm
Class 1 | Tuesday 4th of November 2025
Class 2 | Tuesday 11th of November 2025
Class 3 | Tuesday 18th of November 2025
Class 4 | Tuesday 25th of November 2025
These classes are suitable for all levels. Please wear gym attire and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Changing rooms are available at the studio.
Please note this ticket will cover you for all four classes
