Whether you’re a seasoned Yoga enthusiast or a complete beginner, our Yoga term is the ideal opportunity to focus on building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Four Week Classes Dates:

WEDNESDAYS at 12.45 pm – 1.30 pm

• Class 1  | Wednesday 7th of January
• Class 2  | Wednesday 14th of January
• Class 3  | Wednesday 21st of January
• Class 4 | Wednesday 28th of January

These classes are suitable for all levels. Please wear gym attire and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Changing rooms are available at the studio.

Please note this ticket will cover you for all four classes
