This practical session equips participants with tools to navigate difficult conversations – from feedback and tension to boundaries and honest discussions. Our guest speaker Aoife, can share a coaching-led framework to move away from avoidance and towards constructive, respectful communication. A structured breakout activity allows attendees to apply the approach to real workplace scenarios, leaving with language and strategies they can use immediately.

Aoife Horgan is an entrepreneur, coach and communications specialist with deep experience supporting women, founders and leadership teams to grow with confidence and clarity. She is the co-founder of Versify, a leading Irish PR and influencer marketing agency delivering high-impact campaigns for major lifestyle, FMCG and wellness brands, and the founder of Glimmer Coaching, where she works with female entrepreneurs and corporate professionals on leadership, mindset and career progression.
