Start your journey with Strength and Flexibility: Join Our April Thursday Pilates Term

Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or a complete beginner, our Pilates term is the ideal opportunity to focus on building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Four Week Classes Dates: Thursdays at 12.45 pm – 1.30 pm with Sharon.

Class 1  | Thursday 9th April 2026

Class 2  | Thursday 16th April 2026

Class 3  | Thursday 23rd April 2026

Class 4 | Thursday 30th April 2o26

There will be NO CLASS 2nd APRIL DUE TO EASTER TERM.

These classes are suitable for all levels. Please wear gym attire and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Changing rooms are available at the studio.
Please note this ticket will cover you for all four classes

You must Live or Work at Central Park, Leopardstown to attend these classes.

Classes are not refundable, if one or more classes are missed.
