Yoga & Meditation with Emma
Take 45 minutes time out from your busy working day.
Each class works on what you need and feel the most benefit from. In the working day we all experience anxiety which causes insomnia, a state of overwhelm and the feeling of not enough hours in the day.
During our 45 minute yoga session we will work on shoulders, neck, lower back, hips, legs and even wrists!
At the end feel free to stay on for an optional 15 minute well deserved relaxation meditation practice to help quieten down the mind, increase concentration, reduce stress and anxiety.
