Our on-site Personal Trainer Dave has over 15 year’s experience in the industry and he is available to assist you on your personal fitness journey.
Every individual is different and Dave is passionate about helping his clients get the results they desire. Whether you want to drop a dress size, build muscle or need nutritional advice, Dave will make a tailored plan to meet your specific needs.
For best results Dave recommends a 6-week training programme:
- 1 PT training session a week: €70 per session (€420)
- 2 PT training sessions a week: €45 per session (€540)
- 3 PT training sessions a week: €35 per session (€630)
- A PT training session takes up to 1 hour.
Over the 6 weeks you can choose from a professionally designed personal trainer plans to help you:
