His first poetry collection ‘You’re Never Too Old To Know Better was published in 2023. Though a big poetry buff\, he’s also into classics\, popular fiction and the odd sports biography when no one is watching. He was an original member of the Live Work Grow book club and loved how the monthly club meets got him back into reading. He’s super excited to host the club and help get a few others back into reading again.

DESCRIPTION:Want to get outside and stretch your legs during your lunch break? \nWhy not join our Live Work Grow Walking Club which meets every Tuesday at Central Park Luas stop at 12.30pm and decide a route together! \nThe nice thing about the different routes are they can be modified depending on your schedule and availability so there is the option to do a full or half version of each route. \nWe have set up a WhatsApp group which is the main point of contact for the group. Feel free to join here or email us at liveworkgrow@centralpark.ie for more information. \nThe hope is to expand the group with the possibility of conducting longer walks/hikes down the road after work hours or on weekends when the weather gets nicer. \nLets get walking at Live Work Grow!
