This month at Central Park we wanted to raise awareness for Movember by speaking to our Live Work Grow Community.

Two Live Work Grow Community Members volunteered to speak on the topic in 2019 to raise awareness in their own way!

Meet our first volunteer Seán Connolly, the Health Promotion Officer in Vodafone Ireland.

Our second is volunteer Declan Coates from AIB. His honesty and openness on mental health is what Movember is all about!
