We are all living extremely busy lives and that’s why it’s so important to invest some time and energy back into ourselves.
The Balance Within Wellness Workshop is an opportunity for you to meet and connect with likeminded people and learn tools and techniques to bring balance into all areas of your life. When we are mentally, physically and emotionally out of balance everything in life feels like more of a challenge.
This workshop will help you to create and maintain balance in your daily life. Remove unnecessary stress, motivate you to focus on the areas of life that are truly important to you and balance the mind and body with meditation and yoga. Please make sure to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in for the yoga and meditation classes.
- 5.00pm – Welcome drinks and finger food.
- 5.30pm – Group meditation and mini reiki healing.
- 6.00pm – Group 1 – Balance within interactive workshop / Group 2 – Balance yoga class.
- 7.00pm – Group 2 – Balance within interactive workshop / Group 1 – Balance yoga class.
- 8.00pm – Closing circle.
Time: 5pm – 8.30pm
